Child protection at FRÖBEL: "Only #together can we create safe places for 20,000 children."

In all FRÖBEL crèches, kindergartens and after-school care centres, the well-being and protection of children is our top priority. Our mission statement, which is derived from children's rights, characterises our understanding of education and support, participation and involvement of children as well as our protection mandate in our educational work. 

A non-violent and non-discriminatory relationship with children contributes significantly to their development into independent, democratic and socially competent personalities. Any form of violence and abuse of power prevents children from developing a positive sense of self-worth, stubbornness, self-confidence and resilience.
