Pioneering work in nursery catering: How sustainable and healthy catering can succeed in kindergartens

As Germany's largest nationwide non-profit daycare centre provider, we at FRÖBEL provide more than 22,000 children in our daycare centres with at least one meal a day. That's 22,000 young people whose taste formation, eating behaviour and eating habits are shaped every day in kindergarten.

We have taken this as an opportunity to make our kitchens more sustainable and fresher. At our keynote speech at the FRÖBEL stand 044 in Hall 8.1 (Early Education), we will tell you how we took this path and what hurdles we had to overcome.
