Lucas-Nuelle GmbH enables flexible, modular and holistic learning with the Industrial Mechatronic Unit

With the Industrial Mechatronic Unit (IMU) from Lucas-Nuelle GmbH, industrial automated production systems of varying complexity can be modelled. The company brings industry into the laboratory in a realistic and compact format - and thus fulfils its aim of making complex technical learning content tangible and teaching it to learners in a practical way.

If trainees are given the opportunity to learn with realistic industrial components, they will find it easier to find their way around the job afterwards. The aim is to teach learners the processes in industrial plants in a practical way and to enable them to programme and control such plants themselves.

IMU can be controlled and programmed as required

The industrial mechatronic unit from Lucas-Nuelle GmbH is characterised by the intelligent connection of the transport system with a control system in the control cabinet. The switches integrated into the control panel and the touch panel allow extensive operation and monitoring of system statuses. All elements are freely configurable.

One system for all learning levels

With the Industrial Mechatronic Unit (IMU) from Lucas-Nuelle, multi-level training is possible on just one system: from basic understanding to advanced learning on complex production systems. In advanced training programmes, several transport systems can be networked with processing stations - right up to the expansion of your own production systems and the integration of Lucas-Nuelle's enterprise resource planning system, ERP-Lab.

Lucas-Nuelle GmbH opens up new possibilities for learning

Lucas-Nuelle's training systems combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience: Tangible, realistic learning systems with real equipment offer learners the chance to grasp and understand complex interrelationships. They pave the way for sound practical knowledge.

The company offers learning systems for key technologies in areas such as electrical engineering and electronics, building systems technology, renewable energies, automation technology, machine and drive technology, automotive technology and more.
