Roller bearing mounting - Tapered press fit mechanical

For this training scenario, ETS offers you a system in which the mounting of a spherical roller bearing with a tapered bore on a tapered shaft can be trained in a practical manner.

The assembly is carried out with the aid of a groove nut, suitable measuring equipment and by checking the bearing seat. Dismounting is carried out hydraulically by loosening the tapered press fit with oil.

All necessary components and tools are part of the training system and are supplied with a storage case.
