GTSPro is aimed at administrative organizations and cooperation partners for the operation of all-day schools who are responsible for the accounting of children in all-day operation. Childcare catalog for all-day and vacation care
Create your own individual catalog of childcare products and vacation care options for parents to choose from. GTSPro allows you to create child discounts for childcare costs, either individually or via general sibling discounts.

Online parent portal
Parents have access to master data, cost statements, course confirmations, SEPA mandate documents and notifications of expiring discounts via a GTSPro parent portal. Of course, the parent portal can also be used to order childcare products, submit change requests or give notice of termination.

Accounting for childcare costs made easy
Childcare costs and vacation childcare are invoiced entirely via GTSPro, which can also transfer posting records to financial accounting systems such as DATEV. An outgoing invoice journal helps you to maintain an overview at all times. Of course, all cost units can also be billed with GTSPro.

Bildung und Teilhabe (BuT)
The Bildung und Teilhabe (BuT) card is also supported by GTSPro. Generated booking records for education and participation can be transferred to BuT for data reconciliation.

Data reconciliation with the GTS systems
GTSPro unfolds its full strength through the data connection to any number of GTS systems. This means that all relevant child information also ends up at the childcare facilities for all-day children on site. It is also possible to transfer certain information from the GTS systems - such as the transfer of a child to another class - to GTSPro fully automatically. This means that everyone is always up to date!
