Nachwuchsstiftung Maschinenbau gGmbH

The Mechanical Engineering Foundation for Young Talents (Nachwuchsstiftung Maschinenbau) is an initiative for excellence in German mechanical and plant engineering. It was founded in 2009 and is jointly supported by VDW and VDMA. The aim of the foundation is to further develop vocational training in mechanical and plant engineering with a view to future requirements for young talent. Under the motto “actively shaping the future,” the Mechanical Engineering Foundation for Young Talent focuses on developing and implementing practice-oriented projects and sustainable offerings for vocational training. The foundation sees itself as a supportive partner for trainers and teachers at vocational schools. The Mechanical Engineering Foundation for Young Talent has offices in Frankfurt, Bielefeld, Tübingen, and Chemnitz.
