Build-up and dismatling periods

Please note:

*Access to the exhibition grounds is only possible with booked time slot (eSlot)! Vehicles without booked eSlot will not be admitted and have to register for an on-site check-in at the logistics center at P22.

Access times halls and grounds*

We have summarised the set-up and dismantling times for you clearly in a table.

Build-up period

14.-16.02.2024

8:00 a.m. - midnight

17.-18.02.2024

0:00 a.m. - midnight

19.02.2024

0:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

On 19.02.2024 all stand construction work must be completed and the aisles completely cleared by 6:00 p.m.

Dismantling period

24.02.2024

from 6:00 p.m.

25.-26.02.2024

00:00 a.m. - midnight

27.02.2024

until 6:00 p.m.

Dismantling must be finished on Tuesday, 27.02.2024 at 6:00 p.m. During dismantling halls are open 24 hours a day.
