Experiential School Trips

IFBE-Klassenfahrten’s experiential school trips promote teamwork, social skills, and class cohesion through meaningful activities and challenges. The focus is on growing together as a group rather than on pure leisure.
During multi-day trips, students take part in structured experiential learning activities that strengthen cooperation, responsibility, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging. Outdoor experiences, games, and cooperative tasks are combined with reflection to ensure sustainable learning that can be transferred into everyday school life.
The programs are individualized, inclusive, and precisely tailored to each class. Qualified trainers provide professional guidance throughout the trips—including for heterogeneous learning groups and inclusive classes. This results in school trips with lasting impact, from primary school through upper secondary level, nationwide across Germany.

teamEXPERTE offers hands-on training and professional development for teachers and educational professionals, focusing on social learning, group processes, and relationship-building.
The programs are experience-based, practical, and directly applicable to schools, daycare centers, and educational institutions. Whether a training course, in-service day, or additional qualification, the content is flexible and practice-oriented.
