Training Seal: TOP-NACHWUCHSFÖRDERER® (Top Promoter of Young Talent)

The TOP-NACHWUCHSFÖRDERER® training seal from the Nachwuchsstiftung Maschinenbau gGmbH (Mechanical Engineering Foundation for Young Talent) is a recognized tool for the comprehensive assessment and further development of in-company training. It is based on in-depth 360° feedback that involves trainees, trainers, and training and HR managers alike.

Throughout the entire training chain, 129 quality criteria are evaluated in terms of input, process, output, and outcome quality. This provides a practical and credible overall picture of training quality—as a basis for strategic succession planning and continuous improvement.
