Heart&Mind is modular, allowing you to integrate the platform into your everyday life according to your needs.

Core Modules:
Early Detection and Measures (FeuM) supports the early identification of developmental needs and ensures that professionals assess the well-being of each child based on clearly defined indicators. These assessments are discussed within the team to develop a shared perspective.

The Resource Profile offers a detailed depiction of a child's strengths and challenges. The responses from the standardized questionnaire are visualized, for instance, in spider web diagrams. The profile serves as a valuable basis for development discussions and enables a holistic view of the child's development.

Focus Points serve the clear documentation of goals and measures, as well as their tracking. They can be derived from the insights of FeuM and/or the Resource Profile.

The Transition Description allows the recorded knowledge about the child to be transferred in report form to external entities, such as during the transition from daycare to kindergarten. This promotes continuity in care and support of the child's educational pathways.

Additional Modules:
The module Child's Perspective puts the child's perspective and experience at the center and encourages curiosity, reflection, and dialogue—with the child at the center.

If several children have similar Focus Points or if an action is planned for a group, this can be recorded in the Action Plan. The Action Plan offers structured and targeted planning of measures and activities.

The Language Assessment supports professionals in systematically observing and promoting children's linguistic development. Standardized assessments enable well-founded evaluations that support targeted language promotion measures.
