Michael Gutberlet (co-founder of h&m gutberlet gmbh, established in 1960) purchased the naming rights to Kaweco in 1994. This brand originates from Heidelberg and has been in existence since 1883. and, in collaboration with the third generation – his children Sebastian and Christiane – he succeeded in relaunching the brand internationally with a focus on the retro ‘Kaweco Sport’ series from 1935.

Today, Kaweco is sold in over 70 countries and is synonymous with high-quality workmanship combined with classic design.
