The Power of We is a network of committed individuals who, in some cases, have been supporting and accompanying one another for decades. They work toward a fundamental shift in mindset in schools and society through initiatives, teaching roles, organizations, and publications. Entrepreneurs, trainers, and authors alike are united by the conviction that the challenges of our time can only be met together: with trust, love, gratitude, and reverence for all living beings.

The education of children and young people plays a central role in this endeavor. Children are creative, eager to learn, and truth-loving when they are given space, strong relationships, and trust. They want to learn with joy, both individually and in community. Teachers, too, need supportive relationships and greater freedom in order to remain healthy. The Power of We sees itself as an impulse giver for a healthy school system of the future.
