For almost 25 years, we at METALOG have been developing experience-oriented training and team-building tools for youth and adult education. Our conviction: learning has a lasting effect when it is experienced—together, physically, emotionally, and with real added value for everyday life.

To turn good materials into real learning experiences, we also offer Tool Workshops and our EOL-Train the Trainer (experience-oriented learning). Here, we teach how to exploit the full potential of the tools - in a methodical, reflective, and impact-oriented way. Because our tools are so much more than just fun games: it is the people who use them consciously and professionally who make the difference.
