TimeRide is an innovative extracurricular learning center that brings history to life and makes it tangible with the help of state-of-the-art virtual reality technology. At various locations in Germany, TimeRide offers immersive journeys through time to important historical eras—for example, to Cologne during the Golden Twenties or to baroque Dresden.

TimeRide is an ideal supplement to classroom teaching, especially for teachers. Historical content is not only taught theoretically, but also brought to life emotionally. Students immerse themselves directly in past worlds with VR glasses, encounter historical figures, and experience social, political, and cultural contexts from a new perspective. This multisensory experience promotes motivation, sustainable learning, and a deeper understanding of history.

TimeRide is particularly suitable for school classes from 5th to 13th grade. The programs can be meaningfully integrated into curricula, for example in the subjects of history, politics, or social studies.
