Build-up and dismatling periods

Please note:

*Access to the exhibition grounds is only possible with booked time slot ( eSlot )! Vehicles without booked eSlot will not be admitted and have to register for an on-site check-in at the logistics center at P22.

Access times halls and grounds*

We have summarised the set-up and dismantling times for you clearly in a table.

Build-up period

5.-6.3.2026

8:00 a.m. - midnight

7.-8.3.2026

0:00 a.m. - midnight

9.3.2026

0:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

On 9.3.2026 all stand construction work must be completed and the aisles completely cleared by 6:00 p.m. We reserve the right to claim the costs of cleaning the aisles of any soiling that has occurred after this time.

Dismantling period

14.3.2026

from 5:00 p.m.
Arrival by truck: from 07:00pm

15.-16.3.2026

00:00 a.m. - midnight

17.3.2026

until 6:00 p.m.

Dismantling must be finished on Tuesday, 17.3.2026 at 6:00 p.m. The dismantling times are mandatory and must therefore be adhered to. During dismantling halls are open 24 hours a day.
