STARK Lernstudio – Interactive Teaching and Learning Platform for Mathematics

STARK Lernstudio is an interactive digital learning platform for mathematics education at upper secondary schools, covering grades 5 to 13. It supports teachers in designing motivating, differentiated and time-saving lessons while enabling students to learn independently and sustainably at their individual level. All content is fully curriculum-aligned and precisely adapted to the requirements of the respective German federal states.

At the core of STARK Lernstudio is a comprehensive, curriculum-based task pool with an unlimited number of variable exercises. Thanks to automatic task generation, students can practise each topic repeatedly using different values. Integrated learning aids such as feedback for every calculation step, hints, examples, step-by-step solutions, learning videos, animations and a glossary accompany the learning process and promote self-directed learning.

A key feature of the platform is the integrated worksheet generator. With just a few clicks, teachers can create individual worksheets, exercise sets or tests. Tasks can be selected, varied and exported as Word or PDF documents, with or without solutions. This allows for effective differentiation and targeted support of diverse learning groups.

In addition, STARK Lernstudio offers comprehensive monitoring and analysis tools. Teachers gain transparent insights into learning levels, progress and individual weaknesses of students or entire classes, down to task level and almost in real time.

The platform is complemented by an optional AI bot. It answers questions about tasks immediately, explains solution paths step by step and supports learners exactly when help is needed. This encourages independent learning and noticeably reduces teachers’ workload.
