Internet-ABC

The interactive learning platform
www.internet-abc.de to provide children a safe access to the internet. This
project platform offers children aged 5 to 12 a protected space to learn the
basic skills for a responsible and self-determined use of the internet. For
parents it offers assistance on their everyday questions concerning media
education. Teachers receive free access to teaching materials and
qualification offers (online/offline). This ensures that children are thus
educated from both sides - home and school - and optimally accompanied on
their way to the internet. The Internet-ABC service is safe, ad-free, and non-
commercial. It is managed by the Internet-ABC association, to which all
German state media authorities belong.
